How do you keep your prices so low ?
We do not use fancy packaging or marketing, so we are able to keep the cost low. Also, we have a very small mark up on our products compared to our competitors. Our goal has always been to keep the price to under a dollar for each serving.
Do you mix or spike your protein?
Absolutely not. Unlike other protein companies, we do not spike our protein powder with aminos or other low cost protein options. Our whey protein contains – Whey Protein Concentrate 80.
What is spiking ?
Protein spiking is where a protein manufacturer adds amino acids that are cheaper than the base protein powder it’s actually selling in order to increase the product’s nitrogen content. When this is done, the company is able to lower the cost of goods. Currently there are class action suits being taken against a lot of the large companies. Each serving is 30g. Breakdown:
850g = 28.33 servings
1kg = 33.333 servings
How many servings should I take ?
Depending on your goal, you should take between 1-3 servings per day.
How does unflavoured whey protein taste like ?
It has a milky taste. It kind of has that milk powder taste when added with skim milk or water.
What is the shelf life for whey protein ?
Around 18 months. Each packet will have an expiry date sticker on it.
What is the best way to take Simply Whey ?
You can drink it after by mixing it with water or milk. Add it to your smoothies. Use it in your baking, cooking or making protein bars. These are only few examples.
What is the best time to take the protein ?
You can take it anytime of the day, but studies have shown that it is most effective before and after working out. A lot of people use protein powders to as an additional supplement to their regular meals as well.
What is whey made from ?

How should I store the whey protein ?
You can keep it in the ziplock pouches. Ensure the surroundings is cool and dry. Light does not affect the composition of the product.
