Courier Service

Currently, we use NZ Couriers to send all orders. Once your product has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking code via email. You can use the tracking code to track your order online.

If your order is placed after 10 am, it will processed the next business day.

You will need to make yourself available to receive the package. If you are not available, the courier will leave a calling card with their contact information.

Please note – we will not be held liable if you provide incorrect delivery address or instructions for delivery.

Delivery time
Delivery can take between 2-4 days, however, usually it happens within 1-2 days.

If there is a delay on our end, we will contact you.

If you do not receive the package by the 4th day of the order being made, please contact us immediately.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.


We are happy to accept exchange or return the product as long as the packaging is unopened or tempered with. Due to nature of the product, once it is opened, we are unable to offer a refund.

If you do wish to return the product, please follow the steps below:

1)    Contact us via phone or email;

2)    We will send you information on how to send the product back (current options : courier or drop off);

3)    Once we have received the product, we will send you a confirmation and issue a refund. (The refunds are processed within 1-5 working days after we have received the product.)

Damaged packaging

We thoroughly check each package before sending it to the customer. If you receive a package that is damaged, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the product. Do not open the product. After assessing the situation, we may ask you to send the product back and we will replace it or issue you a refund.

Cost of return

If it is our fault, we will happily pay for the cost of the replacing the product.  If you change your mind, and would like to return the product, there is a $8 handling and courier fee that you may have to pay.

Payment – we currently accept Credit Cards (via PayPal) and PayPal payments. All currency is in NZD.

Bulk and Wholesale Protein Order

For bulk and wholesale protein powder orders, we usually discuss the terms and conditions of delivery and return on a case by case basis. Most times there are additional cost to delivery. Please contact us to discuss futher.
